Whilst there is specfic governing legislation for the block management of flats, their common areas and the private rental market, the duty of freeholders, RMC Directors and individual landlords in having to adhere to it has become an ever bigger burden. This is because of the sheer volume of peripheral legislation, which whilst not specific to the housing market, certainly has a impact upon it.
